Michelle Mousin, PA
Michelle started her real estate career in Ocala, Florida in 1997 working for the esteemed development company of International Property Services, specializing in large acreage and horse farms. Michelle worked in the Thoroughbred industry before real estate, so she attained and brought to real estate clients a vast knowledge and understanding of the horse farm buyers' and sellers' needs and desires.
During her tenure with International Property Services, Michelle learned the development business, acting as exclusive agent for lot sales in Silver Meadows, an upscale community in Ocala, and then progressing to assistant project manager and exclusive agent for Golf Park, an 80 acre development next to Leeward Air Ranch in Ocala.
She was awarded a scholarship education opportunity to the CCIM program, a prestigious group, specializing in commercial investment and development. Michelle's overall experience and understanding of land and the development process is invaluable to the buyer and developer.
Michelle moved to Jacksonville Beach in 2000 working with a small firm in Ponte Vedra to learn the area and to acquire the necessary knowledge about the high end residential market, which she successfully attained while selling Country Club and oceanfront properties.
Referrals poured in from previous clients and Michelle also represented investors in the Jacksonville area acting as a buyer’s agent on multi-family properties and development opportunities from Jacksonville Beach to Riverside.
In 2002, Michelle joined the firm of Prudential Network Realty. In 2003, Vestcor Development offered Michelle a position as Sales Manager for a new marina community being developed on the Intracoastal, which is the landmark community of Marina San Pablo. Having finished her tenure there and successfully selling the first phase, she went back to general real estate and serving her customers in both the role of a Buyer and Seller agent.
Michelle’s current listings include waterfront, golf community and a new construction listing of twenty-three townhomes in the Intracoastal West area. This is a gated community starting in the $300K range with the latest upscale finishes and smart home technology.
